Send Invitations to Team Members
Overview
Use Company Invitations to invite new team members (estimators, sales leads, proposal writers, or CFOs) to your Narwin workspace.
Once invited, users can join your workspace using their email and start collaborating instantly.

Step 1: Open the Invitations Page
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Under Company Settings, click Invitations.
- You’ll see two sections:
- Send New Invitation (form for inviting users)
- Pending Invitations (list of invitations awaiting acceptance)
Step 2: Fill Out the Invitation Form
- Enter the new member’s details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Select a Role:
- Admin – full access to all features, billing, and user management
- Member – standard access for RFP analysis and writing
- Click Send Invitation.
💌 The invited user will receive an email from Narwin with a link to accept and join your workspace.
Step 3: Track Pending Invitations
- Sent invitations appear under Pending Invitations until accepted.
- Once accepted, the user automatically appears under the Users list in Settings → Users.
If an invite expires or was sent to the wrong email, simply delete it and resend.
Step 4: Managing Access After Joining
Admins can later:
- Remove users if they leave the organization
- Change roles (Admin ↔ Member) as needed
- Monitor workspace credits and activity from Billing & Usage

You’ve successfully invited a new team member!
They’ll now be able to:
- Upload RFPs
- Run analysis reports
- Write proposals using your shared workspace data
💡 Tip: Keep your workspace organized by inviting only active project collaborators and assigning clear roles.
