⚡ Narwin Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Narwin.ai — your AI-powered RFP and opportunity analysis workspace.
This quick guide will help you set up your company profile and complete your first RFP Analysis Report in just a few minutes.

🧩 Step 1: Update Your Company Profile

Before analyzing any RFPs, make sure your workspace reflects your company’s details.
Narwin uses this information to personalize match scores, buyer recommendations, and proposal content.

1. Go to Company Profile

  • From the left sidebar, click Company Profile.
  • You’ll see editable sections for your Company Name, Website, and optional company information like certifications or past projects.

2. Update Basic Info

  • Organization Name: Enter your official business name.
  • Website: Add your company website (e.g., https://www.agn.com).
  • Click Save when done.
💡 This step “trains” Narwin on your brand and helps improve RFP matching and writing results.

📂 Step 2: Upload and Analyze an RFP

Now that your profile is ready, let’s run your first RFP analysis.

1. Go to RFP Analysis Reports

  • In the sidebar, click RFP Analysis Reports.
  • Then click the + Analyze an RFP button in the top-right corner.

2. Enter RFP Details

  • Type the RFP Name (for example, “Roof Replacement Phase 2”).
  • (Optional) Add a Due Date.
  • Leave other fields blank for now — Narwin will fill in most data automatically.

3. Upload Your RFP File

  • Drag and drop the RFP document, or click Browse Files to select it.
  • Supported formats: .pdf, .docx, .xls, .xlsx.

Once uploaded, your document will appear in the file list below.

4. Start the Analysis

Click Start Analysis and Drafting to begin.
Narwin will:
  • Extract key requirements, questions, and evaluation criteria
  • Analyze fit based on your company data
  • Generate a detailed Bid/No-Bid Report
You can continue working — the analysis runs automatically in the background.

5. View Your Results

Once complete, return to RFP Analysis Reports and click Qualification Analysis next to your project.
You’ll see a full AI report with:
  • Win Probability Score
  • Buyer Intelligence
  • Requirement Analysis
  • Risks and Profitability insights
  • Bid/No-Bid Recommendation
